I ordered two loungers for two cats, a little there is a smell, but you can live, the texture is pleasant to the touch, the parcel came well packed, but the product was the but the cat does not interfere, the lounger is very light, so it's easy to turn it over, it's better not to put it on a high surface
Just like the pictures! Comes in nice packaging all wrapped up so it may seem a bit creased but after a day or so it will gain it’s shape, these photos are from just opening it. Theres a slight smell but I believe its the packaging and it goes away too so don’t worry. I really recommend this product my cats love it After a day or 2 the full shape has returned and it looks amazing, super soft and my cat adores it
