RETURNS

I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

We want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase from us. If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can arrange a return within 15 days from the arrival date of your order..

Please contact us by phone (416) 859 2270 or by email info@ganesatrading.com to initiate the return process. 

We will require the following information: the order number, the reason for the return, the state of the product (damaged, open or sealed) and the product to be returned to us once we have spoken to you and approved the return.

If the product was received damaged or defective, it can be returned to Furry Friends store within 15 days from the arrival date of the order. We may require the product back, depending on the situation and the manufacturer. Damaged or defective products will qualify for a full refund, store credit, or replacement unit(s) at the discretion of the customer, once the return is approved.

 

DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

I received a damaged or incorrect item. How do I get this resolved?

We will reship the appropriate item and make arrangements to pick up the incorrect or damaged item. Please contact us by email info@ganesatrading.com. Be sure to include your name, invoice number, postal code and a brief description of the product in question. We might also request for a picture of the damaged product(s) to be emailed to us.

I received my order and I'm missing an item.

If the missing product is small, empty all the packing material to be sure the item is not hidden. We check each order before packing. However we are still not 100% perfect. If you cannot locate the item, contact us and we will immediately ship a replacement at no cost to you.

You may also request a credit or refund if desired. Just contact us by email info@ganesatrading.com.  Be sure to include your name, postal code, invoice number and a brief description (including item number) of the missing product. We might also request for a picture of the damaged product(s) to be emailed to us.

How much is your Shipping Charge?

 

Furry Friends Ganesa Store ships across Canada & the United States. All orders placed online at ganesastore.com are processed within 24-48 business hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation and notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address and size of the parcel, which will be calculated during checkout.

What can cause my order to be delayed?

1. If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
2. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.

How long are prices good for?

The web always displays current prices. We cannot control when various manufacturers change their prices. When they change prices, we update our prices immediately/shortly.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
